Ошибка «Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices»

Здравствуйте, уважаемое сообщество игры. Прошу у вас помощи, так как сам уже не знаю что делать.
Столкнулся со следующей проблемой: при запуске игры появляется ошибка «Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices»

и затем «DXUTCreateDevice failed»

Конфигурация компьютера:

Процессор: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @3.40 GHz
Видеокарта: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960
ОЗУ: Kingston HyperX 16 Gb DDR3 1600
ОС — Windows 7 (x64) Home Premium SP1 (система установлена на SSD диске)

Драйвера на видеокарту стоят последние

Характеристики видеокарты

DirectX также обновлен до 11 версии

Процессор имеет интегрированную видеокарту Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000, но при открытии «Панель управления NVIDIA» во вкладке «Параметры 3D» -> «Управление параметрами 3D» нету пункта выбора предпочтительного графического процессора для запуска приложений.
Когда монитор подключен к видеокарте возникает такая ошибка и в файле «production_config» нету строки в категории [DISPLAY], «adapter_name». Если подключить монитор к материнской плате, то игра запускается, в файле конфига отображается «adapter_name=Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000». При запуске в настройках невозможно выбрать другой видеоадаптер (вкладка выбора неактивна) и естественно игра жутко тормозит даже на самых минимальных настройках.
Что же я пробовал делать:

1) Переустанавливал драйвера на видеокарту — не помогло;
2) Переустанавливал DirectX — не помогло;
3) Удалял файл «production_config» — не помогло;
4) Вручную вписывал в «production_config» строку в категории [DISPLAY] «adapter_name=NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960» — не помогло;
5) Устанавливал ранние версии драйверов на видеокарту. После установки, игра запустилась и использовала мою видеокарту (я жуть как обрадовался). На следующий день, когда я запустил игру, опять вылезла ошибка и более игра не запускалась с видеокарты. Пробовал поставить сначала новые и запустить — безрезультатно. Поставил опять старые — безрезультатно;
6) Пробовал запускать игру через интегрированную видеокарту (путем подключения монитора к материнской плате), и когда игра запускалась, переключал кабель на видеокарту. Результат — черный экран;
7) В «Диспетчере устройств» отключал видеоадаптер принадлежащий Intel — не помогло.

Возможно что-то и забыл из сделанного мной, но сил больше нет. Прошу, кто сталкивался с этой проблемой и у кого получилось ее решить, помогите пожалуйста!

Ошибка «Could not reset the Direct3D device.»

Такая проблема: когда в игре меняю настройки графики или разрешение, игра вылетает с ошибкой «Could not reset the Direct3D device.», хотя драйвера и директ стоят последние. Чем это может быть вызванно и как исправить?

У меня тоже была такая проблема.Не знаю может репак такой или игра недоделана.
В игре ни вкакую не хочет ничто меняться ни разрешение ни настройки сразу вылет.
Мне помог вот этот способ. Ставишь разрешение экрана 1280х720, потом заходишь в игру немного поиграй потом выйди, идешь сюда Мои документы\MercurySteam\Castlevania\много цифр\game.cfg находишь строчки VideoWidth меняешь на 1920 и VideoHeight на 1080. Так же там поменяешь настройки графики. Вот значения на Ultra графику:
AdvancedVideo_Lighting = 1
AdvancedVideo_FX = 1
AdvancedVideo_DOF = 1
AdvancedVideo_ShadowSize = 4
AdvancedVideo_Moti 2
AdvancedVideo_Antialiasing = 2
AdvancedVideo_Anisotropy = 4
AdvancedVideo_VSync = 1
FullScreen = 1
VideoWidth = 1920
VideoHeight = 1080
Ну вот и все.Удачи =)

попробуй установить ДиректХ из образа с игрой. Или удали папку BINKPLAY или как-то так (но при этом есть вероятность того что не будет роликов в игре. (если их не будет копируешь папку на раб. стол удаляешь папку из директории игры, запускаешь игру ставишь на паузу копируешь обратно)

У меня этот сбой появился когда я увеличил герцовку монитора, была 60 увеличил до 75. Потом появилась эта ошибка, спустил до 60 герцовку и запустилось.

DirectDraw or Direct3D option is unavailable

To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which they are presented.

Method 1: Configure Hardware Acceleration to use the Full setting

To do this, follow these steps:

Method 6: Disable NetMeeting’s Remote Desktop Sharing and then close NetMeeting
